Working Principle of Gas Detector: The detector installed on-site operates with power supply. When a gas leak occurs, the sensor converts the detected leakage amount into a corresponding voltage signal for output. After the voltage signal is processed by the detector, the data is uploaded and displayed on the screen. When the concentration reaches the set action value, the detector will send an alarm and drive external equipment. A gas detector is a fixed instrument that can continuously detect the concentration of oxygen, toxic and harmful gases, or flammable and explosive gases in the working environment. The gas detector adopts a diffusion method to convert the gas concentration signal at the monitoring point into an electrical signal in real time. After this signal is amplified, it undergoes ADC sampling, temperature compensation, and intelligent calculation by the CPU to process the measurement result. If the measured value exceeds the set alarm concentration value, an alarm signal will be sent. The gas detector features a dual-chamber design, a dedicated imported sensor, and the sensor adopts a modular design, making calibration and adjustment more convenient.
